Jeans Pocket Hemming Machine

All jeans hip pockets must be hemmed, usually with twin row sewing.

In the case of many smaller manufacturers this is normally done using a basic twin needle machine. This process requires considerable skill and is slow, sometimes taking up to 15 seconds for each pocket.

This Automatic machine uses a 2 needle double chain stitch which eliminates bobbin changing and takes only around 1 second to double hem a 200mm pocket. The threads are cut automatically and the pockets put into a removable container.
