The highest quality denim jeans have overlocked side seam panels.
The problem is that these side seams must be sewn at high speed with an extra wide, 9mm bite stitch.
The automatic serging machine seen here uses a modified heavy duty 4 thread machine with special 3 thread fittings. Automatic feed and contour control systems are used to maximize productivity.
